For those who may be interested, here is some information and pictures. Floor plans and further details can be found on the Town Coast and Country listing.
Bryngarw sits in 2½ acres of grounds with stunning views to the coast and Strumble Head. It is very flexible accommodation consisting at the moment of a six bedroom guesthouse, with separate guest lounge and dining room. It is linked to the owner's accommodation - a two bedroom bungalow - by a storeroom, office and two small reception rooms. All the bedrooms in both the guesthouse and owner's accommodation are ensuite.
The accommodation could also be configured to provide a 2 to 3 bedroom owner accommodation, 3 to 4 bedroom guesthouse and a 2 bedroom holiday let.
The Current Guesthouse
As currently being operated, the guesthouse has six ensuite bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor, and 3 on the first floor. 5 have sea views. As well as the guest lounge and dining room there is a laundry room, with w.c., linen cupboard, a large kitchen with dual aspect windows, a small reception room, with patio doors, store room and an office. There is an oil fired boiler serving this accommodation.
Current Owner's Accommodation
The current owner's accommodation has two ensuite double bedrooms, a family bathroom, a lounge and sunroom, breakfast room with patio doors, a kitchen, airing cupboard and boiler room with another oil fired boiler, and hall with two storage cupboard / coat cupboards.
To the front of Bryngarw facing the road is a large car park, capable of fitting 8 guest cars plus the owners' vehicles. There is also a small lawn and flower beds. To the rear and side are 2.5 acres of formal gardens, and meadow grassland. It would be possible in one area to create a small certificated camping site (for 5 caravans or motor homes) without impinging on the views from the guesthouse.
There are two sheds - one very large one which houses a ride on mower, and other gardening equipment.
From the rear of the property, there are uninterrupted views to the sea, and towards Stumble Head.
